Request Financial Assistance

At Markazi Jamia Masjid, we are committed to supporting those in need within our community. If you require financial assistance, you can submit a request by filling out the online form or uploading a written application in PDF format.

How to Apply ?

  1. Fill Out the Online Form – Provide your details, reason for the request, and the required amount.

  2. Upload a Written Application  – If you have a pre-written request, you can upload it directly.

  3. Submit Supporting Documents – The following documents are mandatory:

    • Aadhar Card (for identity verification)
    • Bank Passbook (first page showing account details for fund transfer)

Eligibility & Review Process

  • Applications are reviewed by the Masjid Committee.
  • Assistance is provided based on urgency, authenticity, and available funds.
  • You will be contacted if further details are required.

  2. Download the Tender Form (PDF Format)

    • If you prefer to fill the form manually, you can download the official tender form in PDF format.
    • Fill out the required details, sign the form, and attach the necessary documents.

  3. Upload the Completed Form

    • After filling out the form, scan and upload the completed document along with supporting documents.
    • Only PDF format is accepted for upload.

Important Guidelines

✔ Ensure all fields are correctly filled and necessary documents are attached.
✔ Incomplete applications will not be considered.
✔ Submission deadlines must be strictly followed.
✔ The Masjid Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any tender application without prior notice.
